"It looked fine overall, but it just..."
It looked fine overall, but it just didn’t feel like my style. I kind of felt trapped wearing it, like I had to go along with it even though it wasn’t really me.

"Decent cut, though it felt a little rushed to me"
I booked through chopchoplondon.com, and in my experience it was straightforward. I found a slot quickly, and the price was clear enough, so there wasn’t really anything frustrating about the booking side of things.

The haircut itself was fine overall, and I wouldn’t say it was bad, but it did feel a bit rushed from my point of view. I personally would’ve liked a little more attention on the sides and the smaller finishing details.

The staff seemed nice, and the place was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. I’d probably go back if I just needed a quick trim, but I’m not sure I’d choose it for a more important haircut

"Really hit or miss..."
I’ve been here three times now, and honestly... it’s different every time. One visit was decent, but the next time my order showed up late and cold. I just wish they were a little more consistent.

"Honestly, save your time"
I really didn’t feel comfortable here. The seating was cramped, the place was way too warm, and I found myself just wanting to leave as soon as possible. It wasn’t relaxing at all, i wouldn’t go back. Save your time and try somewhere else.

"Honestly came really fast"
I ordered from Chop Chop London and it showed up quicker than I was expecting, which I weirdly appreciated a lot. The food was still hot when it got here too, so that was a big plus. It wasn’t exactly perfect or anything, but the speed really left a good impression on me. Feels like a solid 4 stars.

Booking was easy enough and only took a few minutes. The confirmation came through really quickly too. I had a small question after, and support basically said, “Yep, you’re all set,” which was reassuring...

I went in expecting a normal, maybe even nice experience, but the staff were just really rude. At first I tried to brush it off, but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I got. It’s a shame because I wanted to like the place, but the attitude completely put me off

I showed up expecting the place to still be open, but it was already closed before the posted closing time. Frustrating, honestly. If the hours aren’t accurate, it makes it hard to trust the listing, and I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

"Didn’t really notice a difference"
I got a treatment done here i was hoping I’d see some kind of change, but I really didn’t. My hair felt pretty much the same the next day, actually maybe even a little dry. The staff were nice enough, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was bad, but for the price, the result just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Final price felt a little Off"
At first the prices seemed reasonable, but I didn’t really see the full cost until I was almost done. It felt a bit sneaky, to be honest. I just wish they’d show everything Upfront so you know what you’re actually paying.

"Good food, just a bit of a wait"
I ordered from Chop Chop London last week when I was craving something quick, and overall it was a good experience. The food took a little longer than I expected, probably about 15-20 minutes extra, so by the time it arrived I was definitely watching the clock a bit.

That said, everything still came warm and tasted really nice, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. I’d order from them again, just probably on an evening when I’m not starving or trying to eat in a rush...

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had an issue with my order so I reached out thinking it would be a simple fix, at first they did reply so I thought alright maybe this will get handled
But after that it just dragged on, slow replies, vague answers, and I kept having to chase them for updates. Still never really got a proper solution in the end

Honestly it felt like once they had my money they weren’t that bothered anymore. Really frustrating experience, I wouldn’t use them again

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. What annoyed me was the support. I messaged about my order and ended up waiting forever for an actual reply. When they finally got back to me, it felt kind of rushed and like they were just using some polished customer service script instead of actually looking into it. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected better

"Didn’t really work for my curls"
I have thick, curly hair, so I asked about that before the cut. it felt like the stylist didn’t totally understand my texture. The cut looked okay at first. Not amazing, not terrible. But after I washed it at home, the shape got kind of weird. Staff were nice enough, so no bad vibes there. Just probably not the right place for my hair.

Food was fine, nothing crazy, but the messages were just confusing. I had to ask about my order twice and even then the replies were still kinda vague.
